I love Crystal Tokyo. It’s beautiful. I also think it is the reason NQS can not become Sailor Moon anymore. My personal opinon, as we know it is not just Tokyo that is in crystal form. Other major cities of Earth have become a safe haven for people. Tokyo being the main because that is where the main sorce of power dwells. Whatever major disaster that took place, Sailor Moon sacrifced her power giving it to the people of Earth. Encasing the cities in the protection of the crystal. If she were to ever try to transform it is possible the crystal could not support her and the protection for Earth. Such as when the Dark Moon attacked and the crystal was only able to keep her protected it could not revive her. But, this gets into the whole Sailor Cosmos and why didn’t Endymion just use his damn golden crystal!
